Since passing my real estate exam in 2008, I've been intrigued with matching my customers with their best possible real estate investments. After first having found Roanoke as an Exchange Student to William Byrd from Zurich, Switzerland, I've lived in this beautiful Valley for over 28 years.
An extensive background in Marketing and Management combined with my Wake Forest MBA provides the strong foundation that has allowed me to help hundreds of clients with what is in most circumstances their biggest investment decision.
I sincerely enjoy sharing my love for the Roanoke Valley and Smith Mountain Lake together with my expertise from decades of calling this valley my home.
As an active Broker I still enjoy working with select Buyers and Sellers but also mentor our Agents to allow them to achieve success in this ever changing industry.
At Reiner Realty we pride ourselves to always have the clients' best interests in mind as well as to represent an outstanding product through offering value-added sales packages for our sellers and matching wish lists to realities for my buyers.
We work as consultants and not salespeople to help educate our clients in their quests for the perfect home and their highest possible return on the money during their selling process.
Initially tenured in the fast-paced and demanding environment of home healthcare management, Kerri Frank joins Reiner Realty Group as a third-generation Realtor with the heart of a caregiver. Kerri's natural gift for helping others, paired with her meticulous attention to detail, ensures her clients’ home buying process is stress-free and seamless from start to finish.
Kerri graduated from Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech in 2010. As a native of southwest Virginia, Kerri is intimately familiar with the comprehensive region and enjoys the area’s outdoor lifestyle opportunities, live music and arts, and diverse local restaurants. A valued member of the Reiner Realty Group team, Kerri has a natural appreciation for beautiful and unique properties, but it is her adeptness at identifying her clients' specific needs that makes her an indispensable guide on her clients' journeys to successful homeownership.
While the mountains of the Blue Ridge couldn’t seem farther away from where he grew up on the sandy beaches of South Florida, that is exactly what makes Joe truly appreciate all that Roanoke has to offer. From its stunning scenery and natural beauty, to its vast array of outdoor activities; from its amazing craft breweries and wineries, to its markets and boutique shops, Roanoke truly has something for everyone.
Joe has been an adoptive son of Roanoke for a decade when he moved to the valley to run a local radio station. While his journey into realty is a little different than most, what made him successful in broadcasting is also what makes him successful as a Realtor: his love of being out in our community, meeting and getting to know new people, and truly listening to and understanding what makes them happy.
In this business, every day is not exactly the same. Every day offers another opportunity to help people find the homes of their dreams. Let Joe help you find the home of your dreams today.
“Joe has a natural ability to build a passionate following and is a branding wizard.” - Paulo Sobral
Chris was inspired to be a Realtor based on his fascination with architecture (especially the early twentieth century) and a passion for helping others. Combined with his MBA and entrepreneurial spirit, becoming a buyer’s agent with the Reiner Realty Group was a natural fit. He loves walking buyers through the process and advocating for their best interests.
Chris wasn’t born in the Roanoke Valley, but he got here as fast as he could. Raised in Ohio, he moved to Roanoke in 2010 after serving two overseas tours as a paratrooper with the U.S. Army and over six years in law enforcement. Chris and his wife chose the Valley as an ideal place for their family based on the abundance of outdoor activities, mountain views, festivals, locally-owned restaurants, and various other family activities. Family time means trips to the local swimming hole in Arcadia, driving through the Virginia Safari Park, going to Mill Mountain Zoo, browsing the downtown farmer’s market, hiking, fishing, or just sitting around a backyard bonfire.
